Saratoga Resort & Spa's Policy For Deposits, Reservations and Cancellations

The Saratoga Resort & Spa relies mainly on pre-booked destination business. If cancellations occur too close to the time of scheduled arrivals, it becomes nearly impossible to rebook the space. However, we never stop trying to assist you in resolving last minute changes.

All reservations are subject to an immediate deposit of 1/2 of your room's total stay on the customer's credit card at time of booking.
All reservations taken at the Saratoga Resort & Spa are subject to the following cancellation policies:
1. Cancellations made prior to 14 days before arrival receive a full refund of deposit.
2. After 14 days, the deposit is non refundable however we do issue a gift card/certificate in the amount of deposit to be used within 6 months of initial reservation.

**Please Note: Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates shown do not include applicable taxes. The Saratoga Resort & Spa has changed its policy regarding pets.  We have a NO PET POLICY. There is a $150 cleaning fee auotmatically charged to guests if a pet is brought into a room.  All rooms are non-smoking. Children are always welcome. The Saratoga Resort & Spa gladly accepts cash, traveler's checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
