Saratoga Resort & Spa's Policy For Deposits, Reservations and Cancellations

The Saratoga Resort & Spa relies mainly on pre-booked destination business. If cancellations occur too close to the time of scheduled arrivals, it becomes nearly impossible to rebook the space. However, we never stop trying to assist you in resolving last minute changes.

All reservations are subject to an immediate charge of full fees on customer credit card at time of booking.
All reservations taken at the Saratoga Resort & Spa are subject to the following cancellation policies:
1. Cancellations made one calendar month prior to check-in date, are eligible for a full deposit refund
2. Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to check-in date, are eligible for 1/2 deposit refund.

**Please Note: Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates shown do not include applicable taxes. The Saratoga Resort & Spa has changed its policy regarding pets.  We have a NO PET POLICY. There is a $150 cleaning fee auotmatically charged to guests if a pet is brought into a room.  All rooms are non-smoking. Children are always welcome. The Saratoga Resort & Spa gladly accepts cash, traveler's checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
