Copper Strike ESB Strike it rich with our signature beer! This ESB is named after the famous 1897 copper strike in the Sierra Madres. This strike paved the way for the discovery of the new city of Grand Encampment and several satellite settlements. Alcohol by volume - 6.8% Served in a 20 oz dimple mug: $4.50 or 1L mug: $6.75
Chatterton IPA Honoring the unique history of the area, the Snowy Mountain Brewery presents an India Pale Ale named after historical figure, Fenimore C. Chatterton. In 1884, FC Chatterton named the town, Saratoga, a word derived from the Iroquois Indian word, "Sarachtoue," meaning, "place of miraculous water in the rock." Alcohol by volume - 7.3% Served in a 20oz imperial glass: $4.50 or 1L mug: $6.75
Big Nose George Imperial Stout A famous outlaw, Big Nose George, was a notorious murderer whose legacy lives on in a pair of shoes on display at the Carbon County Museum. Lynched in 1881, Dr. JE Osborne turned George's skin into a pair of shoes. Alcohol by volume - 8.6% Served in a 20oz imperial glass: $4.50 or 1L mug: $6.75
Aspen Leaf Pilsner Helles (golden) pilsner. The aspen leaf is well known in this region. "Aspen Alley" is widely photographed and located outside Encampment on the Battle Mountain Highway, west side of the Continental Divide.
