Julius W. Hummer, M.Sc. Brewmaster With a Masters of Science in Brewing Science from the University of Birmingham in England, Brewmaster Julius Hummer is excited to be back in Saratoga, Wyoming after a long hiatus. Julius was one of the consultants on the original microbrewery, Sierra Madre Brewery, at the Saratoga Inn. Under new ownership, the microbrewery has been renamed the Snowy Mountain Brewery. Julius is ready to embark on what promises to be an exciting adventure in brewing. Being a Brewmaster runs through the family bloodline as Julius' father was a Brewmaster with the Boulder Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado. Julius has worked as a Brewmaster for Ohio Brewing Company in Akron, Ohio; Newport Beach Brewing Company, Newport Beach, California; Hops Bistro and Brewery, Arizona and California; Bohannon Brewing Company, Nashville, Tennessee; and Kessler Brewing Company, Helena, Montana. He can now add the Snowy Mountain Brewery, Saratoga, Wyoming to his extensive list of experience.
