Your ultimate vacation begins with selecting your ideal lodging. The Saratoga Resort and Spa offers four types of accomodations, including:

  • Standard Queen Room with one queen bed
  • Deluxe Queen Room with one queen bed, remodeled
  • Deluxe Double Room with two double beds, remodeled
  • Queen Suite with one queen bed, larger room with seating area
  • King Suite with one king bed, larger room with seating area

Room Amenities:

  • Coffee maker & coffee
  • Hair dryer
  • TV & DVD or VHS player

*Movies, irons and ironing boards available for checkout at our Front Desk.  Robes are available at Front Desk for a cleaning fee of $5 each (robes come complimentary in suites)

*Our large swimming pool is closed on Tuesdays from 7am-5pm for weekly cleaning.  The small hot pools will remain open during this time.

Saratoga Resort & Spa’s Policies:

The management at the Saratoga Resort & Spa is here to make sure our guests are well taken care of. We want to provide an atmosphere of quality service as well as elegance.

Food and Beverage Policy:
The Saratoga Resort & Spa only allows outside food and beverages in the privacy of your room or vehicle.  It is no longer allowed in the courtyard, pub, restaurant, pools, golf course, spa, or common areas of the Resort.  (The definition of outside food or beverage is any consumable food or beverage that is purchased outside the Resort)

Due to liability issues:
Grills absolutely may not be brought on SRS property.  And coolers need to be kept inside the privacy of your room or vehicle.

The Resort management will be happy to work with or explain this policy to any violators of the policy, but any guests not willing to comply with this policy may lead to the removal of such guest from SRS property without refund of their stay.

Pet Policy:
We have a NO PET POLICY. There is a $150 cleaning fee automatically charged to guests if a pet is brought into a room.

Smoking Policy:
All rooms are non-smoking. A $100 cleaning fee is automatically charged to guests if this policy neglected.

Saratoga Resort & Spa’s Policy For Deposits, Reservations and Cancellations:

The Saratoga Resort & Spa relies mainly on pre-booked destination business. If cancellations occur too close to the time of scheduled arrivals, it becomes nearly impossible to rebook the space.

Saratoga Resort and Spa Lodging Insurance
Lodging Insurance is available at the Saratoga Resort and Spa. The SRS team understands that occasionally customers need to alter their plans because of weather, road closures, illness, family obligations and unexpected occurrences.

The SRS lodging insurance provides you an opportunity to receive a full refund in the event you should have to cancel your reservation.

To be eligible for a refund, you must purchase insurance at the time of making your reservation ($20), cancellation must be made by 10 pm the evening prior to scheduled date by calling the reservation staff at Saratoga Resort and Spa.

Any reservations at Healing Waters Spa must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reservations for snowmobile, ATV, and other activities are not part of insurance program.

I understand and agree that if I purchase lodging insurance, I am entitled to receive a full refund of my lodging deposits/payment. I further understand and agree by declining the SRS lodging insurance I forfeit my deposit in full should I need to chancel my reservation.

All reservations are subject to an immediate deposit of your room’s total stay on the customer’s credit card at time of booking. The Saratoga Resort & Spa gladly accepts cash, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
